Shipping Policy

MIJONIR'S SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Shipping Times:

  • Orders generally take up to 3 business days to process before shipping from our fulfillment center.
  • Orders made after 2 PM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Shipping durations apply after the order has been processed.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.
  • Processing times may extend during weekends, promotional periods (like Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and holidays due to high volume.
  • Expect delivery within 7-15 business days for standard U.S. shipping, and 15-20 business days for standard international shipping.

Shipping Fees:

  • A standard shipping fee of $4.95 is charged for all U.S. orders.
  • International orders, excluding the U.S., have a flat shipping rate of $6.95 (customs and taxes not included).
  • We offer free shipping on orders exceeding $150.

Customs, Taxes, and Additional Charges:

  • The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and any other additional charges, which are not collected by us at the time of purchase. Please check with your local customs office for these charges.

Order Cancellations and Returns:

  • Please report any damaged items within 14 days of delivery to initiate a refund. Return the damaged items to our warehouse as instructed for processing your refund. Contact us at support@mijonir.com for details.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returns and cancellations. This includes initial shipping charges, customs fees for international returns, and a $15 return shipping fee if the delivery is refused.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. If you have placed an order in error, contact us immediately at cs@mijonir.com; a cancellation fee of 5% may apply.

Additional Information:

  • Mijonir is not liable for delays outside our control, including postal service issues.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for errors in the shipping address once an item is delivered.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Responsibility for claiming any missing or stolen items lies with the customer once the item is marked as delivered by the postal carrier.
