MIJONIR'S RETURN & EXCHANGE

Our Commitment: At Mijonir, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional Viking-themed products. We stand by the quality of our offerings with a 14-day warranty on all items.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us through our website, detailing the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  2. Follow the return instructions we send to pack the items in their original packaging.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after receipt. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Return Policy:

  • Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Returns will be declined if there are any stains (including from makeup or deodorant) or pet hair.
  • Returns outside of the 14-day period will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Sales, clearance, pre-order, and backorder items are final and not eligible for returns.
  • Bodysuits and underwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Ensure all returns are compliant with our policies before shipping.

Return Reasons & Solutions:

  • Late Arrival: If delivered after 30 days, we refund $5.
  • Defects/Quality Issues: We will send a replacement.
  • Incorrect Size/Color: Refundable, customer covers return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Refundable, customer covers return shipping.
  • Wrong Item: We cover return shipping.
  • Damaged Parcel: We will send a replacement.
  • Incorrect Shipping Info: Double-check your details and inform us of any changes needed.
  • Other: Please specify in your message, and we will assist you.

Return Address:

  • Contact us for the appropriate return address. Do not use the address on the package as it is not for returns and will disrupt the process.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds are issued only for faulty items as assessed by Mijonir.
  • We cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • Mijonir is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • By ordering, you accept all international shipping terms set by the carrier.
