MIJONIR'S REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Orders:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, once the order has been processed and production has begun, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it due to the package being in transit. However, if there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately at cs@mijonir.com, and we will attempt to update the address for you.

Refund Policy:

You are responsible for all original shipping charges, any applicable customs import fees, and the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. This also applies to shipments that are refused upon delivery, which will incur an additional $15 return shipping fee deducted from your refund.

Additional Information:

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Return the damaged item to our warehouse as per our instructions. For details on how to proceed with your return and to start the refund process, contact us at cs@mijonir.com.
